We will make every effort to respond to your request in a timely manner.
General Information: Sofas4house is the trade name of D&O SOLUTIONS LTD registered office address is Flat 9, 116 Victoria road, IG11 8PZ Barking . Company Number 5821965. Registered VAT number 882626104. The following terms and conditions will apply between you and D&O Solutions Ltd, when you purchase an item from www.sofas4house.com. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Ownership: Sofas4house shall remain the owner of all goods, until the full amount of invoice value has been paid. No item will be delivered until the final account has been settled, unless agreed otherwise.
Liability: It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all goods are insured once delivered. Sofas4house are only responsible for the goods up the time of delivery and installation. Under no circumstances will Sofas4house be liable for any loss or injury attributable to defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance of any contract entered into between Sofas4house and the purchaser. Furthermore, the purchaser shall indemnify Sofas4house against any claim for such damage, loss or injury made against Sofas4house by a third party.
Damaged Items: Any damage or shortage of items must be made in writing within 7 days. All items will be checked on delivery and Sofas4house will advise purchaser if any items are outstanding. We cannot accept liability for items that go missing after delivery. Sofas4house require that purchaser or their nominated agent to inspect all work carried out upon completion of delivery and sign for all goods delivered. Failure to do this upon completion of delivery would be considered as the purchaser has accepted and approved all work.

External Access

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide access to the property either by themselves or through a nominated agent. Sofas4house will return keys to the key holder providing that the distance travelled to do this is considered reasonable by us. We reserve the right to charge a fee for delays in providing access to the property where the furniture package is to be installed.

Internal Access

Most of our furnishings are purchased with internal access in mind. Sofas4house will not be held responsible for furniture items not fitting through doorways or into the allocated rooms unless we have been informed in advance about restricted internal access. It is the duty of the purchaser to inform us of any access restrictions such as limited doorway space, low ceilings or any other unusual build feature.

Cancellation

Sofas4house reserves the right to charge the client for any costs incurred through change of installation date or goods, which is not the fault of Sofas4house .

Superior Force

Sofas4house will not be liable to the purchaser for any breach of contract arising from or which may have been caused by an act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, government order, direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any other matter over which Sofas4house has no control.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates are estimated and given in good faith, Sofas4house will not be held liable for any costs incurred through late delivery providing that we have informed you in advance of any changes which may occur with delivery of furniture packages.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, all monies due must be paid prior to or on delivery of goods. Payment can be made by the following methods, at no extra charge: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit Card, Personal Cheque, Business Cheque. Please note that all cheque payments will have to be cleared through the bank before any goods are delivered unless agreed otherwise.

Warranty

We are extremely confident that you will love these sofas. All our products carry a 12 month warranty and comply to all U.K fire regulations. In the very unlikely event a problem arises with your purchase, our aftersales service is second to none and we always put the customer first rectifying any problems swiftly.

Delivery or Collection

Delivery will take place within 14 working days of purchase. We will give 2-3 days notice by phone so please provide contact numbers
